Minister of Transports Anca Boagiu met on Friday with Francois Rantrua, the World Bank’s director for Romania, one of the topics on the agenda being a report of the bank on transports, which will be taken note of in restructuring companies under the ministry’s command. The report contains a series of recommendations for the development of the transports sector and will be made public on October 5, alongside the plan for action and its conclusions. “The World Bank’s report on the efficiency of the Ministry of Transports and Infrastructure will serve as a support in completing the plan for action for restructuring the ministry and companies under its command, particularly the National Company of National Roads and Highways (CNADNR) and those in the railway sector,” Boagiu stated, in a release.
