11-year-old ‘driver’ runs over pedestrian

An 11-year-old boy from the locality of Scrioastea, Teleorman County, has hit a 43-year-old woman with the car of the family that he had taken from the courtyard where it was parked and drove down the local road, Agerpres reports. Teleorman County Police Spokesman Adrian Ilicea says the boy lost control over steering in a curve and hit a pedestrian. The victim was taken to hospital to receive medical attention. The Police say a criminal case had been lodged.
