Japanese donation of medical, agricultural equipment

The donations were made yesterday through in two Alba –Iulia ceremonies, through non–refundable assistance program financed by the Government of Japan, “Grant Assistance for Grassroots/ Human Security Projects. Thus, Alba County Emergency Hospital has received the amount of EUR 69, 918 to acquire surgical equipment for the Neurosurgery Section of the hospital, and Alba County Cattle Breeders’ Association has received EUR 69, 401 to acquire agricultural equipment. H.E. Natsuo Amemiya, the Ambassador of Japan to Romania attended both events. The Embassy of Japan informs in a press release that these donations will contribute directly to the improvement of surgery and medical treatment conditions in the region, as well as to the improvement of the agricultural practices in the county.
