Rosia Montana Gold Corporation (RMGC) appoints a Human Resources Vice President, to ensure the coordination of this department with a vital role in the development of a modern mining project, a press release informs. Gabriel Matauan will coordinate the company’s Human Resources and Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. As main responsibilities, Gabriel Matauan will design the Human Resources strategies of RMGC, coordinate the continuous improvement of all the Human Resources processes, as well as the development of a unitary organizational culture, focused on the local community. “I joined the RMGC team with the belief that Rosia Montana Project will prove to be an example of sustainable development, at European and global level”, the new Vice President said. RMGC is to develop the most modern mine in Romania, at Rosia Montana.
