PNL stops attending the Chamber of Deputies meetings chaired by Anastase

The deputy leader of the PNL group in the Chamber of Deputies, Eugen Nicolaescu yesterday announced that Liberal deputies will no longer attend the Lower House meetings chaired by speaker Roberta Anastase and secretary Sever Voinescu, as a protest to their attitude during the vote on the Pension Law. “Citizens are angry over voting frauds in Parliament, and do not accept to see MPs, especially the speaker and the secretary of the Chamber of Deputies, behaving this way,” Nicolaescu said. Also in plenum, the deputy leader of the PSD+PC group, Aura Vasile once again urged Roberta Anastase to resign from the position of Chamber of Deputies speaker.
