Confirmed anthrax infection in Arges

A 35-year-old man has been hospitalized with an anthrax infection within the infectious diseases ward of the Pitesti Emergency Hospital, Agerpres informs. The man is in a stable condition. The patient was transferred from the Domnesti hospital a week ago, with the doctors there suspecting an anthrax infection. The tests subsequently conducted within Bucharest’s ‘Bagdasar Arseni’ Hospital confirmed the provisional diagnosis, the aforementioned source informs.
