The President of the Republic of Hungary, Pál Schmitt, will undertake, today and tomorrow, an official visit to Romania, at the invitation of his Romanian counterpart, Traian Basescu, the Presidential Administration announced yesterday. The two heads of state will meet today for official talks at the Cotroceni Palace, to be followed by a joint press statement. The talks will address the development of bilateral cooperation, in the context of Romania’s and Hungary’s common belonging to the Euro-Atlantic structures.
