Gymnastics WC: Romania in women’s final

On Sunday evening the Romanian women’s gymnastics team qualified for the final of the 42nd edition of the World Championships in Rotterdam. Romania qualified for the final from the 4th place, being surpassed by Russia, China and the US. Romania will be represented by four gymnasts: Ana Porgras and Raluca Haidu (all-round event), Ana Porgras (balance beam event), Sandra Izbasa and Diana Chelaru (floor event), Diana Chelaru (vault event) and Ana Porgras (uneven bars event). The teams’ final will take place on Wednesday, while individual finals will take place on Saturday and Sunday.
