High office space vacancy rate in Bucharest

Bucharest is in the 13th place in the ranking of the world’s first 50 cities with the biggest growth of office space unoccupancy rate in the last year, according to Colliers International report, Mediafax informs. Compared to June 2009, Bucharest office space unoccupancy rate was up by six percentage points, from 14 per cent to 20 per cent. Compared to the end of 2009, the increase is by only 1.8 percentage points. In spite of holding a top global position as per this particular indicator, Bucharest is, however, in a better position than Sofia or Budapest is.
