Romania Cup eight-finals begin today

The eight-finals of the Romania Cup ‘Timisoreana’ are scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Today, Poli Timisoara meets CSU Vointa Sibiu starting 6.30 PM, FC Brasov – U Cluj begins at 4.00 PM, and Dinamo plays against Alro Slatina as of 9.00 PM. The eight-finals consist of one single match, played on the ground of the first team. If none of the teams is at advantage after the regular 90 minutes, the match continues with two extra times of 15 minutes each. If after the extra times there is still a tie, the fate of the match is decided by penalty kicks. The drawing for the quarterfinals of the Romania Cup Timisoreana will take place Monday, November 1st, starting 3.30 PM, at the House of Football. Quarterfinals are scheduled for November 10.
