Hotel Époque, Bucharest’s latest luxury hotel, brings into the FIT (Free Independent traveller) market 45 apartments, fruit of a EUR 8 M investment, Alex Oproiu, manager at D&M Perfect Real Estate, the project’s developer, said, according to Agerpres. “The hotel has a built surface area of 5,200 square meters (sqms) and an apartment surface area of 3,500 sqms. It will open on November 1, is aimed at the upscale market segment and introduces a new market concept with respect to both structure and design, along with personalized services,” Oproiu said.
