The Minister of Transport, Anca Boagiu, met yesterday the US Ambassador, Mark Gitenstein, and the Turkish ambassador, Ayse Sinirlioglu, to discuss the progress of the Bors-Brasov (Transylvania) highway project, which is being built by the American company Bechtel and the Turkish subcontractor, Enka, sources in the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure (MTI) stated, quoted by Mediafax. Mark Gitenstein voiced his confidence that the Government “will find a way – working hand in hand with Bechtel – to continue the building of the highway.
