Russian Ballet Costumes

The fabulous costumes created for Sergei Diaghilev’s legendary dance creations will be shown at the National Art Museum in an exhibition put together by the Centre du Danse from Moulins, France. It features 130 costumes presented for the first time to the public. Most of them were used during the historic premieres of Ivan the Terrible and Boris Godunov in 1908 and 1913 respectively. Also on display are drawings and costume croquis.
