Florian Aldea, the previous GM with Carpat Beton, takes over the position of general manager of Carpatcement Holding from Mihai Rohan, who worked in the field for 42 years and has been the company’s top executive since 2000. As of January 1, Mihai Rohan will be Chairman of the Carpatcement Board of Directors for the next two years and will also stay on as President of the Cement Manufacturers Association (CIROM). A previous strategic development project coordinator at Carpatcement Holding, Florian Aldea has 21 years of experience in the field.
