PNL seeks uninominal ballot in two rounds

The Permanent Delegation of PNL ruled yesterday to support the idea of uninominal ballot in two rounds for the election of MPs, mayors and county council presidents. PNL President Crin Antonescu said that switching to this formula will bring changes to political mechanisms, to the political class itself and to the relations between voters and elects. “We will do our best to get this modification of electoral laws adopted and enforced,” Antonescu promised.
