Prosecutors concluded the probe of an air crash that occurred three years ago in Brasov, which killed two, including the former chief of the ‘Iosif Silimon’ Airfield. The Prosecutors’ Office resolution blames the accident on pilot Ioan Vancea, who “made a wrong manoeuvre of the airplane, under the influence of alcohol,” Adevarul newspaper reports. According to the forensic analysis conducted on August 31, 2007, Vancea had a blood alcohol content of 0.45 ml/L. Vancea was aged 54, he was a pilot since 1977 and was the leader of the air club since 1993.
