Adrian Mutu’s layers failed reaching a financial settlement out of court with layers for Berat Racaj, the waiter beaten by the Romanian footballer, as the latter turned down the money offer made at Monday’s meeting of the two parties. The investigation into Mutu’s assault, pending in the Republican Prosecutor’s Office of Florence, will therefore carry on. Mutu’s victim, Kosovar Berat Recaj, sustained cranial and facial contusions with multiple scratches, abdominal and chest contusions, and a broken nose.
