New tourism channel in Romania

The National Audio-visual Council (CNA) has approved Travel Mix Channel’s satellite broadcasting license. The new television station will be launched soon and will broadcast at national level, free of charge, through satellite, DTH and Ip-TV systems as well as cable. The channel consists of travel journalism and will have a rich content of international and Romanian documentaries. The channel will present tourism industry events (fairs, expos), the projects and activity of tourism institutions. Travel Mix Channel plans to promote tourism in all its forms – leisure, business, cultural, medical, religious, agro-tourism, eco-tourism.
