Center-left coalition comes to power in Moldova, says Communist leader Voronin

Moldovan Communists and Democrats have created a center-left parliamentary majority of 57 votes to elect the parliament’s governing bodies and the country’s government, Moldovan Communist leader Vladimir Voronin said on Sunday, RIA Novosi reports. The coalition was formed after consultations between Voronin and Democratic Party leader Marian Lupu.
