Through its local joint venture company, CD Capital Partners and Benevo Capital Corporation in a 50/50 joint venture have received the PUZ for their Victoria City Center development, according to a press release remitted to Nine O’Clock. The first phase will comprise a 60,000 square meter GLA shopping center and entertainment complex in Bucharest, Romania to be developed on a 5 hectare site on Bucurestii Noi Boulevard – the former Dacia Textile Factory. The total development cost of the 1st phase will be approximately €150 million.
Located in the heart of North West Bucharest and designed by world class retail architects Altoon & Porter, Victoria City Center will be a new retail and entertainment destination to reflect the trendsetting and fashion oriented appeal of the city. The Advisers / Knight Frank are the exclusive leasing agent for Victoria City Center.
