InterAgro inaugurates wine production centre in Zimnicea

The InterAgro Group, owned by businessman Ioan Nicolae, inaugurated, yesterday, in Zimnicea, a wine-production centre, following a EUR 9 M-investment, Mediafax reports. Out of the total amount, EUR 2 M comes from non-reimbursable funds, drawn via the National Rural Development Program. The unit has a capacity of 2.5 million litres of wine per year, and the group estimates a production of approximately one million litres, for the 2010-2011 wine-growing year.
