PepsiCo Romania has new management structure

Following the merger, announced in March 2010, between PepsiCo and bottling companies PepsiAmericas and Pepsi Bottling Group, the two PepsiCo divisions in Romania (Beverages and Snacks) integrated their operations and will be coordinated by one Business Unit General Manager (BUGM), in the person of Pavlos Katsivelis, according to a release remitted, yesterday, to the press. Boasting an eight year-long experience in PepsiCo, the latter previously held the position of General Manager Pepsi Bottling Group Greece (PepsiCo Ivi), the company’s beverages division in Greece. At the same time, as of October, the new Marketing Director of PepsiCo Romania is Manos Spanos, who previously coordinated the Marketing Department of PBG Greece, PepsiCo’s Greek bottling unit. Anda Drilea, the new HR Director, acted, before the merger, as HR Director of Star Foods Romania, a company that PepsiCo has owned since 2004. Furthermore, Michalis Orfanoudakis is now the CFO of PepsiCo Romania, after having held the same position at Star Foods. The Sales Director of PepsiCo Romania is now Tunc Gencoglu, who boasts a 12 years’ experience in the international structure of PepsiCo.
