Sole income tax and CAS statement, starting 2011

The government altered yesterday the Fiscal Code. Starting next year, employers will submit a sole form for the payment of the income tax and the social insurances contributions (CAS) of their employees, the Government ruled yesterday. “We instated a sole statement for the payment of the CAS and the income tax. As of January 1st 2011, the sole statement will be submitted to the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF), and then MFP will send the necessary data to the Pension House and the National Employment Agency (ANOFM). Under the current legislation, employers must submit five statements each month – two forms to ANAF and one to the Pension House, the Health House, and ANOFM.
