Six young people from Ploiesti are charged with using and peddling high risk drugs, as well as the illegal introduction of these substances in Romania. The leader of the network, George Bogdan Boscodeala, is one of the most notorious drug-peddlers in Southern Romania. He has been in custody since June, ‘Adevarul’ reports. According to the prosecutors, Boscodeala had rented a flat in Bulgaria, in Ruse, and, based there, he used to sell drugs to Romanian clients, for use and reselling. In the neighbouring country, the selling of ethno-botanic products is legal.
