A baby thrown in the garbage bin by her mother was found by a local and is now in hospital, safe from harm. The baby girl, born last week, spent a couple of hours in a waste container, while the temperature outside amounted to approximately -10 Centigrade. She was found, accidentally, by a man who called the ambulance and the police. According to the doctors, the baby is in stable condition now, but anything could have happened if she had spent more time in the freezing cold. The police are trying to track the infant’s mother. She risks a several years’ prison sentence for attempted murder.
