Transgaz cuts gas supply to InterAgro

National operator Transgaz has notified InterAgro, company owned by Ioan Niculae, that it would be unable to supply gas within the agreed parameters because of the dropping outside air temperatures requiring that the gas volume available to be first directed for population use, Agerpres informs. Niculae announced that he would take the state to court for ‘the damages caused’, as the decision had decreased the production capacity of plants in his portfolio.
