CMU to inaugurate EUR 4.2 M-investment in Brasov

The Unirea Medical Centre (CMU) medical services operator announced, yesterday, the opening of a specialized complex in Brasov, following a EUR 4.2 M-investment, a press release informs. The complex, named the Brasov Medical Campus, includes a surgery hospital, an obstetrics-gynaecology hospital, inpatient paediatrics and polyclinic services, imaging and lab services. The project is run by CMU in partnership with Teo Health, a medical services provider, from Brasov, specialized in surgical medical services.“The Brasov Medical Campus comprises 19 offices and approximately 50 doctors, it covers a 3,000 sq m-surface and is based on a EUR 4.2 M-investment. It will have 27 wards and 40 beds. The polyclinic services will be available as of December 20, 2010, while the hospital will be opened on January 2011,” a release by CMU reads.
