The Ministry of Communications and the Informational Society (MSCI) launched, yesterday, a call for projects aimed at connecting SMEs and NGOs to the Internet via broadband connections, the upgrading of existing connections and the purchase of related equipment, Mediafax reports. The budget allotted to this project is RON 63.75 M. According to MCSI, the maximum amount of non-reimbursable funding granted is RON 100,000, and the lowest is RON 10,000, while the co-financing ratio is 90 per cent for SMEs and small-size enterprises and 95 per cent for NGOs.
