Motoractive, Ralfi, and Domenia Credit NBFCs to be re-branded as parts of the Garanti group

Motoractive IFN SA, Ralfi IFN SA and Domenia Credit IFN SA non-banking financial institutions (NBFCs), which operated under the brand of GE Money in the past years, will adhere to the identity and values of Garanti group as of the end of this year, after Garanti Turkey purchased their majority stakes from GE Money, becoming the sole shareholder, with 100 pc stakes in all three companies, reads a press release. While keeping their current official names, the three NBFCs will assume new commercial brands and will operate under the following brand names: ‘Motoractive Leasing’ becomes ‘Garanti Leasing’, ‘Ralfi’ becomes ‘Garanti Credite de Consum’ (Consumer Credits) and Domenia will operate as ‘Garanti Credite Ipotecare’ (Mortgage Credits). The re-branding process already started and will be completed at the end of January 2011, both inside the three companies and in their relations with customers and partners, such as traders, dealers, brokers etc. Following this integration and re-branding process, the Garanti Group will provide financial and banking services to more than 450,000 customers on the local market.
