As of next year, employers will no longer be allowed to file paper payrolls and work contracts at Labour Inspection offices, HotNews.ro reports. Starting with January 2011, payrolls and work contracts may only be submitted electronically, Labour Minister Ioan Botis announced. To this regard, the Government passed yesterday a draft Emergency Ordinance that will come into effect starting with January 1, 2011. According to the minister, employers will no longer pay the 0.75 pc commission fee for the labour booklets kept at Labour Offices. The decision gives much trouble to bankers, who now must find solutions to modify the crediting file procedure.
