Romanians, third among the world’s most pessimistic

Romanians rank third in a world chart of most pessimistic nations, following France and Iceland, according to a survey on the economic prospects of 2011, ordered by French daily ‘Le Parisien’ and run by BVA-Gallup in 53 countries. Romania is followed in the standings by Serbia and Great Britain, according to HotNews. More than 61 per cent of the French, way over the world average of 28 per cent, think 2011 will be the year of ‘economic difficulties.’ The most optimistic countries are Nigeria, Vietnam, Brazil, Ghana, China and Kosovo, the survey reveals.
