Romanian motorcyclist Emanuel Gyenes (KTM – Vectra Racing) continued his good results in the current edition of the Dakar Rally, finishing the 10th leg on 14th place, 37.28 seconds behind Spain’s Marc Coma, winner of the leg and leader of the moto class table. It was the best place a Romanian finished on in the toughest competition in the world. The result pushed Gyenes 2 more places in the overall standings. Gyenes was 19th on Thursday, 3 legs before the end of the rally. Marcel Butuza, the other Romanian in the Dakar Rally, finished the leg on 72nd place, 3 hours, 6 minutes and 12 seconds behind the Spain’s Marc Coma. Butuza climbed one place to 63rd in the general standings.
