EUR 500,000 Rolls Royce – the priciest car sold in Romania last year

The most expensive car sold in Romania last year was a Rolls Royce Phantom Coupe of over EUR 460,000, followed by a Ferrari 599, EUR 320,000, and a Rolls Royce Ghost, EUR 270,000-plus, Mediafax reports. The prices for the two Rolls Royce models don’t include their transport to Romania. Ferrari 599 is a limited series model, 599 units respectively. With 20 cars belonging to nearly ten models sold last year in Romania, Ferrari tops the luxury car brand sales charts in Romania, at prices ranging from EUR 160,000 to 320,000. Last year, Mercedes sold in Romania six units of its latest SLS AMG model, starting from EUR 186,000. One of the models sold for EUR 244,000, a price EUR 40,000 higher than that of the sole Lamborghini, a Gallardo, delivered to Romania last year. The costliest BMW sold out last year was a 7 Series 760Li, at nearly EUR 200,000. The Audi importer sold one unit of its R8 top range series, priced from EUR 115,000 and up to EUR 170,000. In its turn, Porsche sold five units of over EUR 150,000 each last year.
