Another skyscraper to pop up in Bucharest

Four tower blocks, including a 25-floor, 105-metre-high, one, could be built in the vicinity of the Floreasca Park in Bucharest, according to the bill of a resolution of the Bucharest City Council (CGMB), up for public debate, Realitatea.net informs. Primaverii Gardens is the firm which will develop the project on the 27,742 sq m-surface. The plot is circumscribed by the Mircea Eliade Boulevard in the North, by the Floreasca Park in the West and by the Floreasca Ave. in the East. The highest building, 34-floor and 155-metre-high, is prospected to appear on the Dambovita quay, as part of the Dambovita Center project.
