6.1 magnitude quake hits Tajikistan

A 6.1-magnitude earthquake hit Tajikistan Monday, the U.S. Geolo­gical Survey said. The quake’s epicenter was 90 kilometers (55 miles) south­west of Karakul, Tajikistan, according to USGS. Parts of Pakistan also felt the quake.
