Despite ‘Sex and the City’ under-performing both commercially and critically, Sarah Jessica Parker ranked No. 2 with USD 916 M. At number 3 came former ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ actress Katherine Heigl, whose comedies have earned USD 773M over the last five years. Cameron Diaz comes in fourth, followed by Anne Hathaway, who was just cast as Catwoman in the next Batman instalment.
