Gun shots in Bucharest, to catch thieves

The members of a Bucharest police squad were forced to use their weapons to catch three men who had committed a theft, in front of a supermarket in District 1. Bucharest Police spokesman, Christian Ciocan, stated on Tuesday, for Mediafax, that the three men were surprised by the police while stealing a woman’s bag from her car, parked in front of a supermarket. The three made off from the crime scene in a car, when they saw the police agents. The Unit 1 officers chased after them and, as the thieves would not stop, the police agents were forced to fire several shots. The three were caught and taken to the police station for questioning. They are aged 20 to 40 and are suspected of several acts.
