CEC Bank launches the ‘APIA Credit – Rural Development’

CEC Bank launched this week the APIA credit aimed at financing the working capital needed by the beneficiaries of the measures belonging to the National Rural Development Programme (PNDR) 2007 – 2013 (Priority Axis 2), the bank announced yesterday. Credits are to be integrally repaid when the beneficiaries of these measures will receive the due sums, but no later than the date set by the Convention signed by the bank with APIA. In January, CEC Bank, the Agriculture Payments and Intervention Agency (APIA) and the Rural Credit Guarantee Fund (FGCR) signed the convention on financing the working capital for the current activities of the beneficiaries of the rural development measures provided by Priority Axis 2 of PNDR 2007-2013.
