Gary Moore died of heart attack

An initial post-mortem examination has found that former Thin Lizzy guitarist Gary Moore has died from a heart attack, according to Euronews. Forensic experts in Spain’s Costa del Sol told a court that natural causes are to blame on the death of Belfast-born musician. The 58 year old had just begun a six day holiday with his girlfriend and apparently his heart stopped beating in his sleep. Moore’s girlfriend raised the alarm at around 4.00am and paramedics were called to the five-star Keminski Resort Hotel in Estepona. While it seems forensic experts are satisfied he died from natural causes they have requested further tests ahead of a final report. It has been suggested the funeral will take place in Brighton, where Mr Moore was living, as opposed to his home town of Belfast.
