A gendarme found a bag with EUR 50,000 in a parking of Targu Jiu, which he immediately returned to its owner. The man says he was not even curious to look in the bag, but even if he did it, he would have returned the money anyway. The gendarme learned that the bag belonged to a company headquartered in the very block of flats where he lives. Without opening it, he started to look for the owner, a man who had borrowed the sum from a bank and unexplainably forgot the bag in the parking. The gendarme earns EUR 300 a month and has many debts to the bank.
