Timisoara Mayor Gheorghe Ciuhandu ordered Tuesday an investigation at the Local Police, after police officers and employees of the Public Domain Administration lifted and took away a car with a child aged 10 inside, which they did not notice. In his turn, Local Police chief Doru Spataru confirmed that a policeman ordered the lifting of a car with a child inside, adding that the culprit will be sanctioned. “This is real. A boy aged 10 was sleeping in the car, under a blanket, locked inside by his father. As the windows were covered by mud and moisture, they did not see him. They found him at the ADP (storage facility). I will sanction the policeman” Spataru said.
