EBRD no longer BRD shareholder

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (BERD) has sold yesterday its 5 per cent shares package it had within BRD, a press release informs, through special transactions totaling RON 454.7 M, according to sources. BRD shares had a price of RON 13.8 on the main market, a price similar to the reference one. According to the most recent reports, Societe Generale Paris owns 59.36 per cent of BRD shares. BRD top shareholders also include the five SIFs that jointly own 22.52 per cent of BRD stock.
