Acclaimed metal band Negura Bunget plays at Silver Church tonight

Axa Valaha Productions presents, tonight, at 7 pm, the first Ne­gura Bunget con­cert in Bucharest in almost one year since their latest live sho, on the longest tour a Romanian band has ever embarked on, “Spirit of the Land”, which added up to over 70 live concerts across Europe.


After their latest album, “Varstele Pamantului” (Ages of the Earth), launched in 2010, collected accolades from the fans and critics alike, and currently preparing to launch a new record, the EP “Poarta de Dincolo” (Gate on the Other Side), and the highly anticipated DVD “Focul Viu” (Li­ving Fire), which will be available as of mid-March, through the German label Prophecy/ Lupus Lounge. To mark 15 years since the founding of the band, Negura Bunget is currently on a mini-tour in Romania, which has included, so far, three concerts in Iasi, Bacau and Galati, and will include, from early March, appearances in Bucharest, Constanta and Brasov.
The two opening acts are Sincarnate and Carpatica, both bands from Bucharest.
