Romtelecom announced, yesterday, in a press release, it had signed, with DTH Television Group, the contract for the takeover of Boom TV’s assets and client base. The total price of the transaction will be set based on the number of clients effectively transferred. Romtelecom also advised the Competition Council of this takeover, based on the firm bid it had filed.
