UniCredit funds Electroputere Parc Craiova project

UniCredit Bank Austria funds the construction of the Electroputere Parc Craiova Commercial Centre, a EUR 90 M investment developed by Belgian capital company K&S Development, Mediafax reports. Among the companies to open stores in the mall there are Auchan, Decathlon, Kiabi, Leroy Merlin and Norauto. The centre will be opened in the first quarter of this year and will have a rent space of 55,000 square metres and over 120 stores.
