Six were injured yesterday morning in a road accident on DN6, near Chizatau, Timis. Timis County Police spokesman Emil Andrei told Mediafax that an automobile jumped lanes and frontally rammed another car. Both vehicles were very close to falling into Bega River, he added. Six people were injured in the impact and had to be carried to the County Hospital of Timisoara. The only occupant of the two vehicles that escaped unharmed was the driver of the second car, who observed all the traffic rules. According to the source, after the accident DN6 was closed to traffic for about 20 minutes.
