Three officers of the Bucharest Anti-Organized Crime Directorate were heard, yesterday, by the anti-corruption prosecutors after being caught in the act while requesting a bribe from a Constanta businessman investigated in a criminal case. The three officers from the District 1 – Anti-Organized Crime Bureau were taken to hearings at the National Anti-Corruption Directorate after being caught in the act while requesting a bribe from the businessman, sources in the judiciary stated, for Mediafax. They were working on a case in which the man in Constanta is the object of a criminal investigation.
