IBM Romania posted highest revenues in 10 years

The IBM Romania Company yesterday organized the “IBM Information Infrastructure Forum 2011”, where IT experts laid out the latest software on the market, among which IT virtualization, along with security data software solutions. Other topics discussed included the new cloud computing technologies but also the most recent technologies and best IT management practices, according to Marius Vasile, Power & Storage Systems Sales Manager. Also put forth were risk and compatibility management solutions, as well as business development investment optimization solutions, combined with technical demonstrations made by experts. Globally speaking, IBM gained three points on the server market and reported in 2010 its highest revenues in the last ten years. The company is injecting USD 6 bln into innovating system research and development (B.C.)
