A homeless man and eight dogs were sealed in by a team of workers that poured a slab of concrete over an out-of-use public restroom unaware that a homeless man had sought shelter there, Mediafax informs. After the workers left, a cab driver heard some noises coming from inside the sealed-up restroom and called 112. It took rescuers half an hour to dig into the partially hardened cement but the man and the eight dogs were eventually rescued. The 41-year-old man was not injured but was taken to hospital where he was kept under medical supervision for several hours. Police officers have started an investigation in order to establish who is guilty for the incident.
