`Banca Romaneasca` bank improved the conditions for its consumer credit with guarantees aimed at refinancing existing credits with or without guarantee. The bank thus canceled a 15 pc ceiling representing the additional sums that could be used to other purposes, reads a press release. The total sum that can be borrowed may represent 70 pc at most of the value of real estate guarantees. The additional sums can be used to cover the eventual costs associated with the loan, such as notary taxes or personal needs. The refinancing offer is available in RON and EUR, at interest rates of ROBOR + 4.5 pc, respectively EURIBOR + 6.5 pc. Under the terms of the offer, which runs until April 30, 2011, the bank charges no commission fee for the analysis of the file, does not request a life insurance, and pays the cost of evaluating and insuring the property. The loan can be provided for 25 years at most and goes from a minimum sum of EUR 10,001, or RON 35,001, to a maximum EUR 80,000, or RON 336,000. As an example, for each EUR 10,000 borrowed on 25 years the customer must pay a monthly installment of EUR 75.
